Nicolas Guerin joined BC Partners in Paris in 2020. Nicolas will oversee all property development, construction, design related aspects of BCP RE investment operations. Previously, Nicolas worked for Bouygues where he has worked for 28 years and in particular Linkcity International, Bouygues’ property development arm, where he was responsible for all international activities, and was also heading Linkcity UK, where spent 13 years in London. Nicolas also headed ULIVING, Bouygues’ student housing operator in the UK.
