Erika Taylor has had extensive experience in various leadership roles related to human resources and organizational development. Currently, Erika serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at BC Pension Corporation, where Erika oversees the employee services function and leads the development of people strategies and initiatives. Prior to this, Erika held positions at BC Public Service, where Erika managed IM/IT services and support, led human resources and communications teams, and spearheaded HR transformation projects. Erika holds a Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and has completed graduate programs in Values Based Leadership and Change Leadership.
