Carmen Chan

Carmen Chan is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in operations and team leadership. Currently serving as an HR Advisor at BC Place since January 2014, Carmen has previously held roles such as Operations Manager at Express Pardons Inc. from January 2010 to September 2013 and Team Lead at Pardon Services Canada from June 2008 to December 2009. Carmen holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's of Arts Degree from Simon Fraser University, and an Associate's Degree from Langara College.
