Michael Henderson

Michael Henderson has extensive experience in health and safety management, security supervision, and emergency medical services. Since March 2018, Michael has served as Manager of Health & Safety at BC Place, while also holding positions as First Aid & Security Supervisor. Concurrently, Michael has been the Manager of the Internal Security Team and Investigator at Shambhala Music Festival since July 2018. With a solid foundation in paramedicine, Michael has worked as a Primary Care Paramedic for British Columbia Ambulance Service since July 2009 and previously served as Security Supervisor for Canucks Sports & Entertainment from November 2012 to October 2022. Michael's educational background includes a Construction Safety Officer designation from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Primary Care Paramedic degree from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, along with Advanced Security Training from Tactical Fusion Group.
