Juhani Kähärä

Juhani Kähärä began their career in 2010 as a Researcher at Aalto University, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Helsinki. In 2016, they moved to Health Invest Finland Oy as a Software Developer and Data Analyst. In 2018, they joined Wärtsilä as a Data Scientist and Solutions Expert, Analytics. In 2020, they began working at BC Platforms as a Software Developer, developing data analysis platforms for Healthcare applications. Juhani was later promoted to Senior Software Developer and Lead Software Developer.

Juhani Kähärä obtained a Master of Science (Technology) in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Aalto University between 2008 and 2014. In February 2019, they also became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance.
