Yasamin Alipour

Yasamin Alipour, Ph.D., serves as the Player Development Coordinator at BC Soccer since November 2023 and holds the role of Coach Developer at Canada Soccer since January 2022. Previous positions include U4-U8 Technical Lead at Vancouver United FC, support coach with BC Soccer Provincial Program, and various teaching roles at the University of Saskatchewan and Islamic Azad University. Yasamin has extensive coaching experience, having worked with the Saskatchewan Soccer Association and Iran Football Federation, leading initiatives such as talent identification programs and coaching education. Yasamin's education includes a Ph.D. in Sports Biomechanics, an M.Sc. student in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports Psychology, and multiple AFC coaching and instructor certifications.
