Kaayla Ashlie

Kaayla Ashlie is an experienced professional with a strong background in project coordination, research, and victim support. As a Project Coordinator at the BC Society of Transition Houses from January 2022 to March 2024, Kaayla led the Keys to Home project, which focused on improving housing services for women experiencing violence through curriculum development and training. Prior experience includes serving as a Researcher for the Getting Home Project, a Victim Services Worker at Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Community Services, and a Legal Assistant at Schwarz & Company. Kaayla's educational credentials include a Graduate degree from Simon Fraser University in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Sociology and Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies from the same institution.
