Ciara Webster

Ciara Webster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service operations and support services management. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations at Probo Medical since January 2024, Ciara also holds the position of Director of Support Services & Contract Administration at Alpha Source Group since July 2020. In addition, Ciara has been with BC Technical, Inc. since October 2008, where responsibilities include managing a team of five in Support Services, overseeing various operational tasks such as field service dispatch and work order management, while also supporting over 60 field service engineers in daily operations as an Account Manager.
