Amy Stephen

Amy Stephen is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a robust background in full-cycle recruitment and strategic hiring practices. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor at BC Transit since March 2024, Amy leads recruitment processes, develops sourcing strategies, and collaborates with management to align talent attraction with organizational needs. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BC Assessment, HR Advisor at Western Forest Products, and a Benefits Associate at Island Health. Additionally, Amy has extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at TELUS, where focus on high-volume recruitment and innovative sourcing techniques was key. Amy is currently pursuing a degree in HR Management from Algonquin College.
