Bill Nielsen

Bill Nielsen is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in information technology management. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at BCA Financial Services, Inc. since August 2018, Bill has previously held senior leadership roles at Alorica, where responsibilities included Vice President for Global IT Voice and Data Services and IT Service Management from June 1995 to August 2018. Prior roles include Vice President of Global IT Systems and End User Support at Expert Global Solutions, Vice President of Global Data Communications and Vice President of Technology at NCO Financial Systems, and Director of Enterprise Services at Medaphis Hospital Services. Bill began a career in technology at Data General, progressing from Senior Field Engineer to National Escalation Coordinator from August 1985 to 1995.
