Carmen Knoll has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Carmen began their career at HP in 1990 as a Marketing Specialist in Software Partner Marketing. After their role at HP, they worked as a Software Marketing Manager at Anchor Computer - Data-Intelligence-Insight-Solutions from 1998 to 1999. Carmen then joined Citi in 2001, where they held various marketing positions, including Director of Digital Marketing, Global Head of Marketing for Cross Asset Solutions, and Head of Marketing and Client Engagement. In 2020, Carmen founded their own marketing company, Carmen Knoll Marketing LLC. Carmen later joined NDR & BCA Research as the VP of Marketing, and went on to hold similar positions at Ned Davis Research and BCA Research, where they currently serve as the Global Head of Marketing (CMO). Overall, Carmen has a strong background in marketing and has gained extensive experience in brand management, digital marketing, and strategic marketing planning throughout their career.

Carmen Knoll has a diverse education history. Carmen completed their Master of International Affairs (MIA) degree with a focus on International Business and Finance at Columbia University in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Hofstra University in 1998. Carmen also obtained a certification as a Marketing Communications Expert from the Academy of Marketing and Communication in 1996.
