Catherine Aznaran Crha

Catherine Aznaran CRHA has an extensive work history starting in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at ALDO Group. Catherine then worked as a Customer Service Agent at Visa Desjardins before transitioning to a role as an Office Agent at MICC in 2009. In 2013, they became a Trainee in Labor Relations at Ministère de l'Immigration et des communautés Culturelles and also started working as a Human Resources Coordinator and Operations Coordinator at Intelcom Express. Catherine later became a Human Resources Consultant at Intelcom Express before taking on an interim role as Director of Human Resources at Équation Humaine. Catherine then worked as a People and Culture Advisor at Taxelco before serving as a Vice President of Culture and Talent at Leadweb. Catherine then worked as a Manager of Talent and Culture at Marine Press before transitioning to their current positions as an HR Manager and VP of HR and Employee Engagement at BCA Research.

Catherine Aznaran CRHA completed a Microprogram in English Language and Literature/Letters from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations specializing in Human Resources/Industrial Relations at Université de Montréal from 2011 to 2013. Currently, Catherine is enrolled in a second-cycle Microprogram in Diversity Management in Organizations at Université de Montréal since 2021.
