Laurent Soustiel

Laurent Soustiel has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Laurent started as a Lawyer at Fonds de solidarité FTQ in 2003 and later worked as a Legal Counsel at Mecachrome and ExelTech Aerospace. In 2010, they joined RBC Royal Bank as a Legal Counsel before becoming an Elected Member of the Council at Barreau De Montreal from 2011 to 2015. Laurent then worked as a Legal Counsel at Soluteo from 2017 to 2019. Since 2019, Laurent has been the Head of Legal Affairs at BCA Research. Throughout their career, they have accumulated extensive experience and expertise in legal matters.

Laurent Soustiel began their education at Lycée Pasteur - Neuilly sur Seine, where they studied from 1980 to 1986. After completing their secondary education, they attended Université Paris Nanterre from 1994 to 1995, earning a Master's degree in Private Law (DEA). Later, Laurent attended McGill University from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued B.C.L. (equivalence) degree in the Faculty of Law. Laurent Soustiel achieved admission to the Quebec Bar in 2001, and they were also admitted to the Bar of Paris in 1996.
