Leopold Schellekens

Leopold Schellekens is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs and previously as the Economic & Public Law Manager at Infrabel since September 2018. Prior to this role, Leopold worked as a Counsel at Stibbe from September 2001 to August 2018, specializing in constitutional and administrative law, with expertise in public procurement, public goods, public office, education, mixed and public companies, and litigation. Leopold served as a Praktijkassistent at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven's Instituut voor Gerechtelijk Recht from 2006 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven, participation in the Erasmus Program at Heidelberg University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
