Alicia Webb is an experienced professional in workforce planning and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Planning & Performance at BCA UK since August 2022. Prior to this role, Alicia held the position of Labour Planning Manager UKR at Swissport from July 2018 to August 2022, and was the Regional Workforce Planning Manager during that time. Earlier in her career, Alicia worked as a Performance Manager overseeing operations in Dublin, Leeds, and Newcastle at TUI from May 2016 to July 2018. Alicia is a graduate of The Manchester Metropolitan University.
