Amy Jagger

Amy Jagger is an experienced Employee Relations Specialist currently working at BCA UK since February 2025, after serving as an Employee Relations Advisor at Travis Perkins plc from May 2019 to February 2025, where guidance on employee relations matters was provided to various levels of management. Prior experience includes roles as a People Advisor and People Administrator at Pets at Home, where HR advice and administrative support were offered. Amy began their HR career as an HR Assistant at Blacks Outdoor Retail Ltd, where initial contact for HR queries was managed, alongside supporting employee relations issues. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Northampton.
