James Bale

James Bale has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. James is currently the Head of Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering at BCA UK since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Infrastructure Engineering Manager at BCA UK from February 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining BCA UK, James worked at Ticketmaster for 10 years. James held various roles, including Senior Manager, Field Technology from May 2015 to February 2021, Service Delivery Manager, Field Technology from May 2013 to May 2015, and Manager, Field Technology from May 2011 to May 2013.

James also had previous experience at Ticketmaster, starting in 2004. James worked as a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer from 2006 to 2011, Information Technology Support Engineer from 2005 to 2006, and Technical Support Analyst from 2004 to 2005.

From 2000 to 2003, James Bale attended the University of Hertfordshire, where they studied Computer Science.
