Jan Labrooy

Jan Labrooy is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Product Manager at BCA Marketplace plc since May 2018. Previously, Jan held the position of Managing Director at Acta Non Verba Business Solutions, where an impactful project focused on a global charity in collaboration with The World Bank was completed. During a long tenure at The AA from 1999 to December 2017, Jan held various leadership roles, including Head of Sales and Head of European Operations, successfully overseeing a direct sales force, managing significant revenue streams, and achieving substantial revenue growth. Further responsibilities included Regional Director of Operations, managing a large workforce and cost base, and Head of Service Delivery, coordinating national operations.
