Jose Ferreira

Jose Ferreira is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in risk management and security engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Analyst at BCA UK since August 2023, Jose previously held the position of Network, Infrastructure, and Security Manager at Banco Invest from August 2009 to July 2023, where responsibilities included implementing ISO27001 and NIST frameworks to mitigate organizational risks. Prior roles include consulting for RIS2048 and Computer Associates, focusing on security and data recovery solutions, as well as various positions at Citrix Systems that encompassed security analysis and network engineering. Jose holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Atlântica and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Stony Brook University.
