Mitch Carpenter

Mitch Carpenter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management within the Printing and Mailing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at BCC Software since April 2021, Mitch leads a team of Product Managers to develop solutions that enhance value for clients. Previously, Mitch held various roles at BCC Software, including Product Manager where customer needs were prioritized to deliver effective postal software solutions, and Professional Services Engineer, focusing on customer account implementation and training. Earlier experience includes managing IT and data processing at Brittany Industries and providing technical support at BCC Software. Mitch holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University at Buffalo.
