Joseph Rojas

Joseph Rojas is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in roadway and highway engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Roadway Engineer at BCC Engineering, LLC since June 2020, Joseph has previously held positions as a Senior Highway Engineer at ASA Consultants, Inc., HDR INC, and BHA, accumulating over 24 years of specialized expertise in the field. Joseph's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE), a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering (BSAE), and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) from the University of Miami, completed between 1980 and 1986.
