Jorge Cruz has extensive work experience in the travel industry, particularly with BCD Travel. Jorge started their career with the company in 1996 as a Director of Sales in the Orlando office. During this time, they exceeded sales quotas and implemented effective sales compensation packages. In 1998, they were promoted to SVP/VP for the Orlando, FL region, where they managed a large sales team and achieved significant annual corporate sales. In 2004, they became the VP for the West Division, responsible for operational and account management of Fortune 500 clients. Finally, in 2018, they were appointed as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, leading sales and marketing efforts on a global scale.
