Malte Terbaek

Malte Terbaek has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as Senior Director of IT Service Management at BCD Travel since August 2011. Previous roles at BCD Travel include Director of Global ITSM Processes and Services, Director of IT Service Management EMEA, and IT Operations Manager EMEA. Prior to BCD Travel, Malte Terbaek worked as a Project Manager at Hermes Germany GmbH from November 2010 to July 2011 and was the Head of Mobile Infrastructure at SCHIFFL GmbH & Co. KG from September 2007 to June 2010. Malte Terbaek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Economics with a focus on business administration and business informatics from the University of Hamburg, as well as a degree as a Technical Business Economist in Information Technology from Berufsakademie Hamburg.
