Sarina Sra-Sanchez

Sarina Sra-Sanchez has extensive work experience in the travel technology industry. Sarina started their career in 1997 at BCD Travel, where they worked as a Director of Travel Technology. In this role, they were responsible for managing and overseeing travel technology projects.

In 2005, Sarina transitioned into a Senior Manager role at BCD Travel, leading a centralized team that provided support for multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDSs). Sarina offered expertise and guidance on functionality, hardware, software, connectivity, and technical requirements.

In 2008, Sarina took on additional responsibilities as a Senior Manager, overseeing the Support and Implementation teams for Travel Technology products and solutions at BCD Travel. Sarina also managed the GDS Audit and Security team, promoting secure GDS designs and reducing product costs and revenue leakage.

Most recently, Sarina worked as a Director of Travel Technology, Configuration, and Services Team for TripSource Hotels at BCD Travel USA LLC. Their role involved building and leading a high-performance team to configure, implement, and support BCD's Hotel Solution globally. Sarina developed implementation and support plans, ensured meeting global requirements, and reported progress and customer satisfaction to executives and supplier relations. Sarina also provided analysis and recommendations for long-term strategies.
