Katell Bodan-Tougait currently serves as Responsable formation et developpement des competences at BCF Life Sciences since January 2022. Prior to this role, Katell held several positions in human resources, including Chargée de ressources humaines and Assistante Ressources Humaines at Sigmaphi Sarl from August 2017 to June 2021, and various roles at Temporis Vannes from April 2016 to August 2017. Katell's earlier experience includes positions at Scarpe and Albéa Group. Academically, Katell holds a Master 2 (M2) in Management des Ressources Humaines, a Licence in Sciences de la gestion - Marketing Vente, and a DUT in Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations with a specialization in HR, Accounting, and Business Management, all from Université de Bretagne Sud.
