Julia Horrocks is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety management. Currently, Julia holds the position of Quality Assurance Manager at BCFoods Inc. and concurrently serves as Food Safety Manager at PepsiCo, overseeing regulatory compliance and leading external audits for various certifications. Previously, Julia worked at The Hershey Company in various roles, including Process Lead, where Julia managed implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives, and Production Supervisor, overseeing a team of 50 production personnel.
