Angella Bedard

Angella Bedard has extensive experience in risk management, information technology, and business analysis, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Risk & Resilience at BC Financial Services Authority since December 2008. Previous roles at the same organization include Enterprise Risk Manager and Director of Information Management & Technology. Angella's responsibilities encompass requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, project documentation, process modeling, and end-user training across various projects such as the Mortgage Broker Tracking System. Prior to this, Angella was a Business Systems Analyst at SUGOI, where expertise in JD Edwards software led to successful management of process change projects and employee training. Angella holds a Master's degree in Old English from The University of British Columbia, an Advanced Certificate in Business Analysis from McMaster University, and a BA in Arts with Honours from Bishop's University, specializing in English and Psychology.
