Holger Lindhardt

Holger Lindhardt has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Holger is currently serving as the Group Creative Director at BCG BrightHouse, a global creative consultancy within the Boston Consulting Group, since January 2020. Prior to this, Holger worked as a Freelance Creative from early 2019 until the end of 2019, focusing on purpose communication and mobilization for organizations.

From 2017 to 2019, Holger worked as the Executive Creative Director at Scholz & Friends, where they managed the agency's largest account, Opel International, and led new business opportunities. Holger also played a pivotal role in creating the new visual identity for Germany's largest department store.

Prior to that, Holger held various positions at Philipp und Keuntje GmbH from 2002 to 2017. Holger started as a Creative Director and gradually rose to the role of Executive Creative Director. During their tenure, they managed a team of over 30 employees and was responsible for the creative aspects of the agency. Holger'snotable achievements include working with the creative cult brand Astra Bier and receiving numerous creative awards.

In the early years of their career, Holger worked at Grabarz & Partner as a Group Head Art, handling major accounts such as Jever Beer, Volkswagen Service, Jet Gas Station, and Schiesser Fashion. Holger began their professional journey at BBDO Group Germany in 1997 as a Junior Art Director and quickly progressed to the position of Art Director. Holger had the opportunity to work with renowned creative Jan van Meel and earned creative awards for Handelsblatt, RTL, and LBS.

Holger Lindhardt attended Fachhochschule Düsseldorf from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Design und visuelle Kommunikation, allgemein, and successfully completed their studies, earning a Diplom Designer qualification.
