Judy Oh

Judy Oh has a diverse work experience in various industries. Judy started their career at Kollaboration Atlanta, a global non-profit organization, where they co-founded the Atlanta chapter and served as the Associate Director for seven years. During their time there, they played a key role in building the organization from scratch and growing a strong community centered around empowering the Asian American community through the performing arts.

In 2012, Judy joined Triage Consulting Group, a healthcare consulting firm. Starting as a Consultant, they were promoted to Senior Consultant in 2014. In this role, they provided finance, operations, and strategy consulting services to Fortune 500 healthcare systems, helping them recover lost revenue from insurance companies and recommending process improvements and contract negotiations.

Most recently, Judy joined BCG BrightHouse in 2015, a global creative consultancy and Purpose consulting pioneer. Judy has held various leadership positions at the company, including Thinker + Senior Strategist and Thinker + Associate Strategy Director. Currently, they serve as the Senior Strategy Director. Judy's work at BCG BrightHouse involves utilizing lateral thinking and radical creativity to create new strategic paths and emotional connections for clients. Judy Oh studied at various institutions throughout their education journey. In 2007, they enrolled at Emory University - Goizueta Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Judy'sfield of study included Organization & Management and Analytic Consulting. As part of their academic experience, Judy had the opportunity to study abroad in 2011 at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). During this semester, they delved into subjects such as International Business and Strategy, Corporate Finance, Business German, and Economics of Climate Change. In 2022, Judy attended Presidio Graduate School, where they obtained a Certificate in Sustainable Management.
