Damian McCarthy

Damian McCarthy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Group CEO and Group Managing Partner at Expand Research, a BCG company, since May 2008. In this role, Damian oversees overall product distribution and revenue growth globally, advises on the company’s strategy as a board member, and manages key client relationships. Prior positions include Managing Director and Director, where responsibilities encompassed global sales and marketing as well as corporate and investment banking practices. Before joining Expand Research, Damian worked as a High Frequency Trader at Double Six Futures from July 2003 to May 2008. Damian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Law from Kingston University.
