Abhi Kodey

Abhi Kodey is a seasoned executive in management consulting, currently serving as a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since October 2006. Abhi leads the People, Org & Culture transformation practice for the Industrials & Consumer Durables sector in North America and also oversees the Digital/AI driven Processes transformation and Shared Services. Additionally, Abhi holds the position of Global Leader for BCG's People, Org & Culture transformation practice in the Automotive sector. Prior to this, Abhi was Managing Partner at ALEN Partners and served as Project Coordinator & Manager at Bidco Uganda Limited (Wilmar-Bidco JV). Abhi earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University.
