Afgan Rosa Megantara

Afgan Rosa Megantara is a professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the renewable energy and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Project Specialist at Boston Consulting Group, Afgan focuses on carve-out strategies in the nickel industry. Prior engagement includes being a Paragon Scholarship Awardee and serving as a Project Consultant at PT Indika Energy Tbk. Participation in the prestigious Young Leaders for Indonesia program, organized by McKinsey & Company, highlights Afghan's leadership capabilities. As President of the Society of Renewable Energy at ITB, strategic collaboration with various ministries and companies was achieved, alongside the successful initiation of the Integrated Youth Renewable Energy Festival. Previous roles also include Project Manager at Green Welfare Indonesia, where management of multiple programs aimed at environmental awareness took place, and contributing to the Skill Up initiative in developing educational modules for career mentoring. Afghan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
