Annina Lindroos

Annina Lindroos currently serves as an Analyst in Marketing Analytics and Insights at Points, a Plusgrade company, since February 2023. Previously, Annina held the position of Senior Analyst at OP Financial Group from June 2020 to February 2023, focusing on analytics and reporting for ICT cost, sourcing, and HR areas, while managing complex dataflows and creating dashboards for over 4,500 colleagues. Earlier experiences include roles as an Analyst at Nepa, where Annina consulted various clients, and as a Customer Insight Analyst at DNA Oyj, managing customer experience measurements. Additional work history includes positions as Insight Coordinator, Research Assistant, and Project Assistant across different firms. Annina holds a Master of Science (MSc Econ) from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc Econ) from the University of Vaasa.
