Christy Panagakis

Christy Panagakis is an accomplished Senior Customer and Market Insights Analyst at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., where quantitative and qualitative research studies emphasize the organization's voice. Prior to this role, Christy served as the Director of Research and Evaluation at the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, focusing on local community needs and presenting findings on ALICE households. Other professional experiences include Project Director at the University at Buffalo's Research Institute on Addictions, where management of an NIJ-funded study was paramount, and various teaching positions at SUNY Geneseo and the University at Buffalo.
