Donovan Jones

Donovan Jones is an incoming 2024 Summer Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a member of Bridging the Gap (BTG) Cohort 6, a nonprofit organization that connects diverse business-minded students. As Chief Strategy Officer at Impact Initiative, Donovan Jones leads growth and strategy for a national impact investment fund dedicated to providing career preparation and mentorship to diverse college students. Previous experience includes a role as a Sales & Trading Summer Analyst at UBS and an internship in Partnerships with the New York Yankees. Donovan Jones is currently pursuing a degree at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and is involved with SEO and Management Leadership for Tomorrow programs.
