Janae Young

Janae Young is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a strong background in business and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of Jan(A+)e Tutoring, established at the age of 15, Janae has successfully managed a team of seven and created five internationally sold online courses for high school students. Janae's leadership extends to Stanford Women in Business, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for over 180 members and leading initiatives such as the Young Women's Leadership Conference. Additional experiences include consulting at Stanford Consulting and serving as Chair of the Corporate Committee for Stanford Black in Business, focusing on recruiting black entrepreneurs and organizing entrepreneurial events. Janae has also gained marketing experience through internships at Buzz Marketing Group and participated in the D. E. Shaw Latitude Fellowship. Janae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
