Jean-Michel Caye

Jean-Michel Caye serves as a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since 1998, where contributions include leadership of the People and Organization practice, oversight of People Strategy initiatives, and expertise in large-scale transformations in complex environments. Additionally, Jean-Michel is a fellow at the Bruce Henderson Institute, focusing on talent management and people redeployment, and leads BCG France's social entrepreneur prize and advisory efforts. Formerly, Jean-Michel held the position of Managing Director and Partner at BCG, specializing in HR transformations and Post-Merger Integration in Europe. Prior experience includes roles at Hay Group, culminating as Director of Hay France, where responsibility encompassed the Reward practice and various sectors including Pharma. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in HR Management from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master’s in Business Law from Université de Bordeaux.
