Katelin Shea

Katelin Shea is a Senior Director of Business Management at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Nashville, where they have held various leadership roles since 2015. Previously, Katelin served as a Finance Business Partner for BCG's global knowledge offices and led transformation initiatives. They began their career with an internship at State Street and later worked as a Senior Associate in Financial Planning and Analysis at Harvard Management Company. Katelin holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
