Mackenzie Marcotte

Mackenzie Marcotte is an experienced sustainability professional with a focus on retail decarbonization and corporate sustainability. Currently serving as Lead Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group since December 2024, Mackenzie's previous roles include Senior Knowledge Analyst at BCG, Decarbonization Analyst at EcoAct, and SME Sustainability Consultant at The Climate Collaborative. Key achievements include leading the development of carbon accounting tools for small and medium enterprises, managing stakeholder engagement for major clients, and designing strategies for reducing single-use plastic through co-founding Project Plastick. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Environmental Analysis & Policy from Boston University, a Master of Environmental Studies in Corporate Sustainability & Food Systems from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Mastère Spécialisé in International Environmental Management from MINES ParisTech.
