Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching roles at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, focusing on subjects such as applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
