Markella Ilia is an experienced Learning Experience Senior Designer at the Boston Consulting Group, with a diverse background in educational content development and instructional design. Prior roles include positions as a Learning Experience Designer at BCG, L&D Operations Specialist and E-learning Assistant at AKQA, and Game Learning Specialist at Squiggle Park | Dreamscape.
