Natalie Glick is a seasoned talent acquisition and management professional with extensive experience in driving strategic projects and initiatives across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition - Strategic Projects at Boston Consulting Group since January 2023, Natalie focuses on global projects, including the development of a new integrated ATS and CRM.
