Nawras Skhmot is a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group since May 2021, specializing in Strategy, Operations, and Digitalization, with a focus on large capital projects and the public sector. As the Founder and Chief Editor of the Lean Construction Blog, Nawras promotes Lean Construction worldwide through knowledge sharing and community building. Additionally, Nawras co-founded and leads The Lean Way and Paramount Decisions, both of which develop software solutions to enhance decision-making and continuous improvement in the construction industry. Nawras's prior experience includes management consulting roles at Accenture, project engineering at Veidekke Norge, and various positions focused on Lean methodology and entrepreneurship.
