Nicholas (Nik) Nesbitt is an experienced business leader and consultant with a diverse background spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group since November 2020, Nesbitt previously held prominent leadership positions such as Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority in Kenya, Chairman of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance, and Chairman of the East African Business Council. As the CEO and Founder of KenCall, the first leading call center in East Africa, and the founder of Clamantis Limited, Nesbitt specializes in strategic guidance for companies operating in East Africa. With an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a strong engineering foundation from Dartmouth College, Nesbitt has also held significant roles at IBM and various other organizations throughout a distinguished career.
