Oxana Dankova

Oxana Dankova has extensive experience in organizational development and management, particularly within the energy sector. From January 2001 to January 2018, Oxana held various roles at Boston Consulting Group, culminating as Global Lead Energy Networks, Partner, and Director, while also serving as a leader in the Energy Practice and managing the Operations Practice Area in Australia and New Zealand. Oxana's earlier roles include Senior Staff Scientist positions at both the Boston Consulting Group and the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute, as well as Lead Specialist in Organizational Development at United Energy System of Russia, contributing to significant reforms in the power sector. Additionally, Oxana has a strong background in business operations management, having worked at Ocean Plus and in the construction sector. Education includes a Ph.D. in Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures from the Russian Academy of Sciences and completion of the AICD partner course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
