Rachel Hirsch

Rachel Hirsch is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational transformation, currently serving as the Global HR Change and Transformation Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group. Rachel has also held the position of Global HR Change and Transformation Director at the same organization. Prior roles include serving as Head of People at both Taptap Send and CareDox, Inc., and Chief of Staff at CareDox, Inc. Additionally, Rachel co-founded Pictition, focusing on operations.
