Rhodes Willoughby

Rhodes Willoughby is a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) with experience in Biopharmaceuticals, Global Health, and Consumer Goods since November 2023. In addition, Rhodes is the Co-Founder and Director of STEMaccess, an educational consultancy that supports students in STEM across various sectors. Previously, Rhodes served as a Visiting Associate at Neo Kuma Ventures, focusing on investments in early-stage psychedelic healthcare companies, and worked as an Academic Tutor at Enjoy Education and Kings Tutors, as well as at The Medic Portal. Rhodes has also participated in advanced programs at BCG. Rhodes holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a BSc in Global Health, both from Imperial College London.
