Robert Grosvenor is a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since April 2016, specializing in the automotive and mobility sectors with a focus on product development, electrification, connectivity, and ecosystems. Prior to BCG, Robert spent over seven years at Ford Motor Company, where roles included Senior Powertrain Design & Release Engineer and Engine Test Engineer, overseeing design validations, cost reductions, and data analysis of emerging vehicle issues. Robert holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a degree in Mechanical & Space Engineering from The University of Queensland. Educational background also includes attendance at Brisbane Grammar School and King George V School in Hong Kong.
