Sophie Musgrave

Sophie Musgrave is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Boston Consulting Group, Sophie has previously held significant roles at EY, including Assistant Director in Financial Services and Co-Chair of the EY Mixed Heritage Community. Additional experience includes positions at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust as a Recruitment Business Partner, the British Council as a Resourcing Consultant, and VSO in various global resourcing roles. Sophie Musgrave holds a BA (Hons) in French with International Studies from the University of Warwick.
