Spandana Palaypu

Spandana Palaypu is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consulting, social entrepreneurship, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Summer Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group since July 2023, Spandana founded and leads ZoEasy, a UAE-based social enterprise dedicated to ethically matching migrant blue-collar job seekers with validated employers while promoting sustainable job creation and reducing inequalities through technology and collaboration. Additionally, Spandana collaborates with the International Labour Organization as an external speaker, focuses on innovation leadership as a Global Shaper within the World Economic Forum, and represents One Young World as a delegate speaker. Spandana's early experiences include internships with KPMG UAE, the Government of Guinea Bissau, and RAK Sovereign Holding. Academically, Spandana holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc (Honours) in Business and Management from Aberystwyth University, complemented by an education in mathematics from Stanford University.
